Winter Hat

The oldest and her new hat.

The nice thing about winter coming is an excuse to knit warm and cozy things. And can I say for the fiftieth time how much I love Malabrigo yarn. I LOVE IT.
I used some super bulky variegated yarn for the brim. I'd have to say this is one of my favorite hats I've made so far color wise. It also helps that my daughter looks so darn cute in it too.

The hat is marvelous!!! Love the colors too. I just ordered some circulars HOPING upon hope that my crochet fingers can conform to knitting a hat for a change..Wish me luck haha..

very cute hat {and daughter} ~ love how the change in colour works in garter to make a couple of stripes.
